Patrick Wyld, 41, of South Willard Street, West Hartford, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 5:36 p.m. He will appear in court April 1.

March 24

Mari Kaye Helsley, 58, of Vining Drive, Simsbury, was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct, and threatening with a firearm at 9:02 p.m. She will appear in court May 7.
