Samuel Quinilla Mateo, 22, of Salmon Brook Street, Granby, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 8:31 p.m. He will appear in court April 8.

March 30

Robert A. Ritz, 66, of Day Street, Granby, was charged with violation of a protective order (two counts), illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, evading responsibility of injury/property damage (two counts), and failure to drive in the proper lane at 11:10 p.m. He will appear in court April 22.
