Joseph M. Palombizio, 44, of Apple Gate, Southington, was charged with risk of injury to a child and third-degree assault at 5:27 p.m. He will appear in court on Oct. 28.

Destiny Arielle Serra, 27, of Burritt Street, New Britain, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage at 12:11 p.m. She will appear in court Oct. 15.

Oct. 3

Jesse J. Wilusz, 44, of Main Street, Pine Meadow (New Hartford), was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 1:48 a.m. No court date was available.
