SIMSBURY, CT — A Simsbury woman will be featured on the Food Network's "Spring Baking Championship," which will air at the end of February, according to FOX 61. Kim Wood has 10 years of experience baking French pastries and cakes.

According to its website: "Le Bánh Patisserie combines Pastry Chef Kim Hoàng Wood’s Vietnamese heritage with her French pastry background.
