Simsbury Boys Open Basketball Tournament With Bye
The top-seeded Trojans will host a second-round game on March 8.

SIMSBURY, CT — Brackets for the CIAC boys basketball tournaments were released Wednesday morning, and Simsbury High School will get a few extra days of practice before opening competition.
The Trojans (18-2) are the top seed in Division II, drawing a first-round bye, and will host a second-round game against the Stamford-Naugatuck winner March 8 at 7 p.m.

- No. 6 Glastonbury (15-5), bye
- No. 25 Bloomfield (10-10) at No. 8 Manchester (15-5)
- No. 24 Hartford Public (10-10) at No. 9 Amity Regional (15-5)
