Simsbury Boys Ranked in Top 15 of Lacrosse Poll

The preseason poll places the Trojans as one of only three northern Connecticut teams in the top 15.

SIMSBURY, CT — Looking to improve on last season's 9-7 regular season record and No. 14 seed in the Class L state tournament, the boys lacrosse team from Simsbury High School is ranked 11th in the preseason poll of coaches and media members.

To no one's surprise, Darien received all 12 first-place votes. The Blue Wave have won 55 straight matches and finished last year as the top-ranked team in the nation.
