Simsbury Collects Votes In Boys Basketball Poll

The Trojans opened the season with five straight victories.

SIMSBURY, CT — Simsbury High School barely missed cracking the top 10 in the latest weekly boys basketball poll after winning three games last week by large margins.

The Trojans (5-0) defeated Hall, East Windsor and Granby Memorial last week by an average differential of 24 points. Simsbury has just one contest on this week's schedule, hosting rival Avon Friday at 6:45 p.m.

East Catholic (4-0) maintained its position atop the most recent poll.
