Simsbury Zoning Commission Public Hearing on Cannabis establishments and other agenda items October 17, 2022, 7 PM, canceled due to incorrect notification of meeting address.

Cancelation was not publicized until around 4 PM, with many people uninformed.

Hearing rescheduled to November 21, 2022, before Thanksgiving.

It appears that George McGregor, Director of Community Planning & Development is overwhelmed with his new position.

It is alleged that George McGregor was a NO SHOW at the Retired Men’s Luncheon although scheduled to appear.

Calls were made to remind him of the scheduled event.

The Director of Community Planning & Development, George McGregor is not responsive to the public.

The past Planning Director was always accessible to the public, staff and organizations.

Town Manager Maria Capriola is responsible for all the new hires.
