Simsbury Drivers: DMV Offices Close at 12:30 PM Friday, Won't Reopen Till Tuesday
If you can't get to them Friday before 12:30, you'll have to wait at least until 7:45 a.m. on Tuesday — unless you can get to an AAA office.
An excerpt from an announcement from the Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles:
Department of Motor Vehicles major customer service offices will close for the Martin Luther King Day holiday on Friday, January 16, at 12:30 p.m. and reopen Tuesday, Jan. 20, at 7:45 a.m. [...]
All AAA offices will be open to process renewals for driver licenses and non-driver ID cards during their normal business hours [including Saturday].

Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
