Simsbury Earns Votes in Latest Boys Basketball Poll

The Trojans opened the season with victories in six of their first seven outings.

SIMSBURY, CT — Victories in six of their first seven games this season earned Simsbury High School some voter support in the latest weekly boys basketball poll of Connecticut media members.

The Trojans (6-1) have posted double-digit margins of victory in all six wins. Their only hiccup was a 64-57 loss to CCC rival Windsor last Thursday. Simsbury hits the road for a pair of games this week, traveling to Naugatuck on Wednesday and Glastonbury on Friday.

East Catholic (9-0) received the number one nod from all 19 voters to maintain its lofty perch atop the rankings.
