Simsbury Gets Votes In Final Regular Season Hockey Poll
The Trojans will be opening the Division I state tournament with a road game.

SIMSBURY, CT — The final regular season boys ice hockey poll of coaches and media members yielded some votes for Simsbury High School.
The Trojans (9-10-1) will be the No. 10 seed in the upcoming Division I state tournament; brackets will be announced Friday.
Fairfield Prep (17-2-1) continued its seasonlong run at the top of the weekly poll.

Here are the top 10, plus all other programs receiving votes, with regular season records:
- Fairfield Prep (17-2-1)
- Greenwich (18-2)
- Ridgefield (16-4)
- Xavier (13-7)
- Notre Dame-West Haven (12-8)
- Hamden (13-7)
- New Fairfield/Immaculate (12-4-3)
- Farmington Valley (17-2-1)
- Northwest Catholic (11-8-1)
- Guilford (17-3)
Also receiving votes: Darien (9-10-1), Watertown/Pomperaug (16-3-1), New Canaan (11-9), Notre Dame-Fairfield (9-11), Simsbury (9-10-1).
