Krystle Caraballo, 30, of 320 East 156th St., Beronx, N.Y., was charged with traffickiing in personal identifying information, 10:15 a.m.

Sean Griffin, 28, of 187 Clark St., New Britain, was charged with cirminal attempt to commmit sixth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, 9:45 p.m.

April 5

James P. Tully, 54, of 6 Sharlin Dr., West Simsbury, was charged with operating under the influence, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to use turn signal and failure to obey traffic control signal, 1:37 a.m.

Daniel H. Cote, 36, of 9 Elm St., Apt. 6, Tariffville, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 5:40 p.m.
