Zachariah A. Alfeld, 23, of 76 Boylston St., Chestnut Hill, Mass., was charged with third-degree assault on a victim over age 60 and third-degree criminal mischief, 1:35 a.m.
April 3
Keith M. Shaffer, 45, of 180 Old Farms Rd., Simsbury, was charged with weapons in a motor vehicle, drinking while driving and no insurance, 4:20 p.m.
April 7
Benjamin P. Reed, 21, of 28 Tim Clark Cir., Simsbury, was charged with second-degree threatening, disorderly conduct and interfering with a 911 call, 4:43 p.m.
