Friday, April 20

Michael Welch, 47, of 48 North Main St., Southington, was charged with operating under the influence, 8:08 p.m.

Saturday, April 21

Jose Guerrero, 44, of no certain address, was charged with disorderly conduct, 2:45 p.m.

Aaron K. Cormier, 36, of no certain address, was charged with third-degree assault, 11:26 p.m.

Thursday, April 26

Devon Thomas, 26, of 986 Norwich-New London Tpk., Uncasville, was charged with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, 3:41 p.m.

Nicholas J. Summa, 22, of 6 Tollgate Ln., Simsbury, was charged with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and second-degree failure to appear, 3:41 p.m.

Joseph Guidry, 45, of 80-A Westland St., Hartford, was charged with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, failure to renew registration and operating without minimum insurance, 3:41 p.m.

Connor Martinez, 25, of 17 Hayes Rd., Simsbury, was charged with operating under the influence, evading responsibility, reckless driving and following too closely, 6:34 p.m.
