Devon Thomas, 26, of 986 Norwich-New London Tpk., Uncasville, was charged with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, 3:41 p.m.

Nicholas J. Summa, 22, of 6 Tollgate Ln., Simsbury, was charged with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and second-degree failure to appear, 3:41 p.m.

Joseph Guidry, 45, of 80-A Westland St., Hartford, was charged with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, failure to renew registration and operating without minimum insurance, 3:41 p.m.
