Justin J. Donnelly, 51, of 70 Cooley Rd., North Granby, was charged with interfering with an officer and weapons in a motor vehicle, 6:26 p.m.

Casey C. Bellott, 25, of 12 Jordan St., New Britain, was charged with evading responsibility, 1:30 p.m.

Jonathan Chandler, 18, of 1 Tuller Cir., Simsbury, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 5:41 p.m.

Kevin Byler, 44, of 120 Oak Grove St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 9:32 p.m.
