Keith A. Gutowski, 52, of 535 Bushy Hill Rd., Simsbury, was charged with failure to verify address by a sex offender, 4:25 p.m.

Feb. 15

Thomas F. Judge, 24, of 100 Elm St., West Springfield, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, 10:45 p.m.

Feb. 16

Gilbert Heublein, 61, of 323 Firetown Rd., Simsbury, was charged with disorderly conduct, 7:00 p.m.
