Joan Taylor, 55, of 20 Hop Meadow St., Apt. 824, Simsbury, was charged with violation of probation, 5:16 p.m.

Jarvis Johnson, 31, of 8-B Elm St., Tariffville, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 8:36 p.m.

Beatrice Rodriguez, 34, of 8 Elm St., Simsbury, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 8:49 p.m.

Tuesday, Feb. 20

Jaret K. Baranek, 43, of 80 Old County Rd., East Granby, was charged with operating under the influence, 10:35 p.m.

Wednesday, Feb. 21

Daniel C. Keene, 24, of no certain address, was charged with interfering with an emergency call, disorderly conduct, second-degree unlawful restraint and violation of a protective order, 12:18 a.m.
