Feb. 24

Andre R. Dacres, 29, of 96-A Main St., Broad Brook, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 12:45 a.m.

Timothy Horan, 26, of 17-A East Granby Rd., Granby, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault, risk of injury to a minor and interfering with an officer, 12:30 p.m.

Judd J. Girard, 37, of 82 Canton Rd., West Simsbury, was charged with criminal possession of a pistol/revolver, carrying a gun without a permit, weapons in a motor vehicle, interfering with an officer, fifth-degree larceny, second-degree breach of peace and unlawful discharge of a firearm, 2:13 p.m.

Feb. 26

Peter Keller, 34, of 37 Rocklyn Dr., West Simsbury, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, risk of injury to a minor and third-degree assault, 11:08 a.m.

Elisabeth Shockman, 20, of 19 Main St., Tariffville, was charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with an officer and promoting alcohol to a minor, 8:30 p.m.

March 1

Sandra Vargas, 37, of 6 Tamarack Ln., Simsbury, was charged with risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct, 8:42 p.m.

Lascelles Reid, 33, of 1 Hitchcock Cir., Simsbury, was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree strangulation, third-degree assault and first-degree unlawful restraint, 9:30 p.m.
