Jan. 13

Jacob M. Gottlieb, 28, of 70 North Mountain Rd., Canton, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 5:10 p.m.

Jan. 15

Michael D. Binnall, 34, of 55 Dorset Crossing, Apt. 206, Simsbury, was charged with violation of a protective order (two counts) and second-degree failure to appear, 9:43 a.m.

Jan. 18

Shade S. Cooper, 26, of 14 Tollgate Ln., Simsbury, was charged with being a fugitive from justice, 4:09 p.m.

Jeremy P. MacDonald, 30, of 50 East Hill Rd., Canton, was charged with third-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor, 10:00 p.m.

Marlette L. MacDonald, 27, of 50 East Hill Rd., Canton, was charged with operating under the influence, 10:20 p.m.
