James A. Michel, 21, of 127 Duncaster Rd., Bloomfield, was charged with illegal manufacture, distribution or sale of a controlled substance, 7:08 a.m.

Justin O. Tuller, 27, of 248 Farms Village Rd., West Simsbury, was charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with an officer (two counts), third-degree criminal mischief and criminal attempt to escape from custody, 2:45 p.m.

July 3

Erick Boulden, 25, of 42 Selma Ct., Weatogue, was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree unlawful restraint and interfering with a 911 call, 6:13 p.m.

July 4

Michael A. Rabinowitz, 48, of 13 Alder Rd., Simsbury, was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with a 911 call, 3:27 p.m.

July 5

Todd Visentin, 51, of 264 Allen Rd., Torrington, was charged with drinking while driving and failure to change address, 5:15 p.m.

July 6

Nico Dlubac, 23, of 20 Walkley Rd., West Hartford, was charged with drinking while driving, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to have tail lamps, 3:56 p.m.

Michael Calabrese, 47, of 20-C Maple St., Tariffville, was charged with violation of probation, 9:30 p.m.

July 7

Beatrice Leurent, 59, of 56 East Weatogue St., Simsbury, was charged with disorderly conduct, 4:56 p.m.
