July 26

Ruben Olmeda, 45, of 277 Main St., South Windsor, was charged with reckless driving, 7:13 p.m.

July 27

An unidentified juvenile was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of liquor by a minor, 9:42 p.m.

July 28

Alexander J. Bauer, 24, of 22 Highwood, Simsbury, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, 6:16 a.m.

Paul Galle, 33, of 799 Hopmeadow St., Simsbury, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 5:51 p.m.
