Taylor R. Baughman, 21, of 163 Day St., Granby, was charged with operating under the influence and possession of a controlled substance, 12:25 a.m.

Colin J. Marinan, 54, of 13 Centerwood, Simsbury, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and failure to yield to pedestrian, 1:40 p.m.

Tuesday, July 9

Emmanuel DeJesus, 27, of 982-B Park Ave., East Hartford, was charged with third-degree identity theft (five counts), third-degree burglary (two counts), illegally taking a payment card (two counts), fourth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny, 10:30 a.m.

Wednesday, July 10

Richard Blassingame, 60, of 70 Montville St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree threatening, 9:30 a.m.
