Stephen Sears, 49, of 57 Vista Way, Bloomfield, was charged with operating under the influence, possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 5:49 p.m.

Friday, Nov. 9

Damian Blackburn, 29, of 22 Tunxis Rd., Tariffville, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 11:25 p.m.

Thursday, Nov. 15

Andrew R. Hobson, 46, of 339 Hunting Hill Ave., Middletown, was charged with second-degree sexual assault, 6:00 a.m.
