Geoffrey T. Chambers, 40, of 5 Sycamore Rd., Bloomfield, was charged with operating under the influence, operating under suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, 8:46 a.m.

Gilbert L. Martin, 37, of 301 Firetown Rd., Simsbury, was charged with third-degree assault, 8:02 p.m.

Oct. 22

Mary Brotman, 57, of 16 Chriswell Dr., Sismbury, was charged with operating under the influence and restricted turns, 2:58 p.m.

Oct. 24

An unnamed juvenile was charged with second-degree threatening, 2:15 p.m.
