Sept. 3

Christopher Galpin, 37, of 12 Crescent St., Winsted, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive right, 7:59 p.m.

Sept. 4

Richard Mays, 56, of 32 Griffin Rd., East Granby, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 10:41 p.m.

Sept. 5

Sarah Williams, 33, of 68 Library Ln., Simsbury, was charged with operating under the influence and speeding, 1:10 a.m.
