Sept. 21

Jessica Thulen, 23, of no certain address, was charged with disorderly conduct, 12:55 a.m.

Ryan Gilbert, 26, of 1440 Hopmeadow St., Simsbury, was charged with disorderly conduct, 12:55 a.m.

Jaysen P. Holley, 31, of 97 French St., Torrington, was charged with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, 2:30 p.m.

Jacob M. Gottleib, 26, of 441 East Litchfield Rd., Litchfield, was charged with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, 2:30 p.m.

Sept. 22

Bryan Hannon, 20, of 16 Glenbrook Rd., West Simsbury, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 12:47 p.m.

Sept. 23

Kamar S. Wallace, 23, of 389-B Hopmeadow St., Simsbury, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive right and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. 9:39 p.m.
