Oct. 3

Timothy J. Aker, 52, of 35 Waterville Rd., Avon, was charged with operating under the influence, carrying a firearm while intoxicated and failure to drive in proper lane, 8:26 p.m.

Oct. 4

Timothy Horan, 26, of 71 Hopmeadow St., Apt. 6B2, Simsbury, was charged with criminal damage to a landlord's property, 2:00 p.m.

Oct. 6

Sarah C. Alligood, 20, of 49 Hemlock Rd., Granby, was charged with evading responsibility, false statement and operating a motor vehicle while using a handheld electronic device, 7:52 a.m.
