Juan Serrano, 25, of 40 Lincoln St., New Britain, was charged with third-degree identity theft (two counts), third-degree burglary (seven counts), credit card theft (two counts), fourth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny (two counts), second-degree criminal mischief (11 counts) and criminal attempt to commit third-degree burglary (six counts), 10:30 a.m.
