Juan Serrano, 25, of 40 Lincoln St., New Britain, was charged with third-degree identity theft (two counts), third-degree burglary (seven counts), credit card theft (two counts), fourth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny (two counts), second-degree criminal mischief (11 counts) and criminal attempt to commit third-degree burglary (six counts), 10:30 a.m.

Saturday, Sept. 14

Shelley R. King, 58, of 174 West St., Litchfield, was charged with operating under the influence, 11:30 a.m.

Monday, Sept. 16

Josiah M. Wilcox, 39, of 22 Pine Hill Rd., Burlington, was charged with third-degree larceny and failure to provide home improvement current certificate of registration, 4:33 p.m.
