Joshua Taylor Dugas, 24, of Hallview Drive, Simsbury, was charged with disorderly conduct at 11:30 p.m. He was to apear in court Feb. 3.

Brooklyn Rain Dugas, 19, of Hallview Drive, Simsbury, was charged with disorderly conduct at 11:30 p.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 3.

Feb. 3

Daniel Hartz, 44, no address given, Simsbury, was charged with third-degree assault of an elderly victim; first-degree unlawful restraint; disorderly conduct; and interfering with an emergency call at 4:36 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 6.
