Simsbury Police Log: July 4-10, 2022

SIMSBURY, CT — Here are the arrest and incident logs for July 4-10, 2022, as provided by the Simsbury Police Department.

All charges are allegations, not convictions.

July 5

David Wilson, 21, 9 Black Birch Drive, Cromwell, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs; use of drug paraphernalia; possession of drugs with intent to sell; and possession of a controlled substance (first offense) and was arrested at 4:02 p.m. He was arrested on $5,000 bond and will appear in court Aug. 4.

Leah McGuire, 56, address redacted, Simsbury, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault and was arrested at 11:44 p.m. She was arrested on $500 bond and appeared in court July 6.

July 7

Claudio F. Dias, 60, address redacted, Simsbury, was charged with third-degree assault and third-degree sexual assault and was arrested at 1:34 p.m. He was arrested on $25,000 bond and appeared in court July 8.

July 8

Matthew F. Schoenhardt, 55, 51 Westledge Road, Simsbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and drugs and was arrested at 4:22 p.m. He was arrested on $500 bond and will appear in court Aug. 3.

July 10

Cody Farley, 25, 93 Brookmoor Road, West Hartford, was charged with speeding, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane and he was arrested at 3 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 3.
