Simsbury Police Log: July 8-14 2022

SIMSBURY, CT — Here are the arrest and incident logs for July 8-14, 2022, as provided by the Simsbury Police Department.

All charges are allegations, not convictions.

July 8

Matthew F. Schoenhardt, 55, 51 Westledge Road, Simsbury, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and drugs at 4:22 p.m. He was arrested on $500 bond and will appear in court Aug. 3.

July 10

Cody Farley, 25, 93 Brookmoor Road, West Hartford, was charged with speeding (greater than 60 mph), operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 3 p.m. He was arrested on $15,000 bond and will appear in court Aug. 3.

July 11
Ian R. Coleman, 26, 63 Briar Hill Road, Avon, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker plates and failure to obey a stop sign at 3:59 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 3

July 12

Damien Westerman, 26, 96 Hillcrest Ave., New Britain, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 5:22 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 11.

Bethany Fischer, 36, 50 East Hill Road, Canton, was charged with two counts of failure to appear in court at 3:17 a.m. She was arresred on $250 bond and will appear in court Aug. 11.

Michael Richard Walton, 43, address redacted, Simsbury, was charged with violation of a protective order at 7:30 a.m. He was to appear in court July 12.
