Elijah Gabriel Baker, 24, of 77 Maple Ave., Bloomfield, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle without insurance and illegal operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 10:30 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 5.

James Richard Shelansky, 21, of 49 Copper Hill Road, Granby, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 12:23 a.m. He will appear in court Oct. 5.
Sept. 5
Jason A. Serafinski, 43, 27 Bates St., Westfield, Mass., was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 2:34 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 6.
