Nathaniel Bourque, 24, of Woodland Street, Windsor Locks, was charged with illegal operationg of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and drugs at 12:47 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 19.

Steven Glenn Howes, 45, of Canal Street, Simsbury, was cited for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to renew registration at 5:09 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 19.

Sept. 16

Tierra Christina Turner, 22, of Bear Ridge Drive, Bloomfield, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; reckless driving; and engaging police in pursuit at 5:30 p.m. She will appear in court Oct. 19.

Sept. 17

Jafet Herrera-Zambrano, 19, of Pinecrest Drive, Simsbury, was cited for improper use of marker plates; failure to renew registration; operating a motor vehicle without minium insurance; and illegal operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license class at 9:21 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 19.

Sept. 20

Kyle A. Petersen, 35, of Granby Road, Granville, Mass., was charged with disorderly conduct at 7:53 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 21.
