Aidan Jame Dwyer, 18, of Alder Road, Simsbury, was charged with third-degree assault at 10:10 p.m. He will appear in cout Nov. 3.

Kurt D. Oechslin, 39, no road given, Simsbury, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call at 9:39 a.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 3.

Oct. 3

Ashti Chanel Raghunandan, 50, of Denver Avenue, Bridgeport, was charged with seocnd-degree harassment at 12:40 a.m. She will appear in court Nov. 3.
