Aug. 27

Noelle Alix, 58, of Minister Brook Drive, Simsbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 10:14 a.m. She will appear in court Sept. 24.

Aug. 29

Frederick William Relva, 63, of Eden Avenue, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and drugs at 10:01 p.m. No court date was available.

Aug. 30

Mwila Lingashi, 22, of Fairchild Road, Tariffville (Simsbury), was charged with disorderly conduct at 1:43 a.m. He will appear in court on Oct. 8.
