Simsbury Registrars To Brief Seniors On Voting Options

The bipartisan voting options forum will take place Thursday afternoon at Eno Memorial Hall in Simsbury.

SIMSBURY, CT — Local registrars this week will host a special forum for Simsbury senior citizens on the plethora of options for voting this November.

With a hotly contested presidential race expected to draw a large turnout, there are also many different ways to vote.

On Thursday, Oct. 3, the Simsbury registrars of voters will be at Eno Memorial Hall's Youth Room, 754 Hopmeadow St., Simsbury, for a special forum called "Election 2024: Learn About All Of Your Voting Options."

The free program will take place from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. and it will feature Democratic Registrar of Voters Karen Cortez and Republican Registrar of Voters Susan Salina.

Both will be talking about voting options for the general elections, such as early ballots, absentee ballots, and Election Day voting.

The bipartisan registrar duo will also be able to answer any questions about the voting process.
