Simsbury Resident Killed In Hebron Bicycle Crash: State Police
A cyclist found alone after a crash in Hebron died from his injuries, despite help from a passerby, state police said.

HEBRON, CT — A cyclist from Simsbury was killed Sunday in a bicycle crash in Hebron, state police said.
The crash took place At about 1 p.m. in the area of 667 Wall St (Route 316) in Hebron.
State police said a passerby first spotted an unattended bicycle against a guardrail and then a man on the other side of it nearly the wood line with an "obvious leg injury," according to an incident report.

The passerby applied a tourniquet to the man's leg and flagged down others to assist until medical crews arrived at the scene, state police said.
The man was transported to Windham Hospital, where he died from his injuries, according to an incident report.

Troopers identified the man as Cui Lin, 38, whose last known address is in Simsbury, state police said.
