Simsbury Runners Succeed at State Cross Country Championships

The girls team qualified for the State Open, while a boys also made it as an individual.

MANCHESTER, CT — Simsbury High School will be represented at Friday's State Open cross country championships.

Paced by three top-20 placements, the girls team made it into the field, finishing fourth in the Class L meet Saturday at Wickham Park. Solomon Davis also qualified by virtue of his time in the Class LL boys race.
