Simsbury Seeks Folks To Serve On Local Boards

SIMSBURY, CT — The Town of Simsbury has put a call out for residents to volunteer and serve their town.

Last week, the town posted that it is looking for registered voters in Simsbury to serve on various boards and commissions.

Especially sought, the town said, are those for the Simsbury Economic Development Commission and the Simsbury DEI Council, among others.

The local EDC helps advise the town on matters relative to economic development, while the DEI council specializes in programs and initiatives aimed at promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the community.
