Just one varsity team is in action, officially today. The boys hockey team (5-8-2) plays host to Conard at 5:45pm. The 2 teams skated to a 2-2 tie last month. The Trojans have won 3 of their last 5 games.
The girls meanwhile visit North Haven for a scrimmage at 6:00pm.

The boys basketball team (8-10) was humbled by Northwest Catholic 73-33. Jeff Smith led the way for Simsbury with 9 points. The undefeated Indians are currently ranked number 2 in the state. The Trojans meanwhile have dropped their last 2 after a 3 game win streak that helped them qualify for the state tournament.

The girls basketball team was foiled by the Falcons of Farmington 50-25. The Trojans have struggled in the 2nd half of the season losing their last 9 games. Allie Davis led the way for Simsbury with 8 points.
