Simsbury Volunteer Fire Company President's Award

Firefighter Dan Roth, Tariffville station, of the Simsbury Volunteer Fire Company has received the President’s Award for his exceptional commitment and service to the Fire Company.

“Dan exemplifies that service – he’s chaired the fisherman’s breakfast for three years, helped with the golf tournament this year, and assumed the role of parade chair mid-year. He’s at every event,” said Fire Company President Chris Trovato when he presented the award.

The President’s Award was established in 1988 and is given annually to a firefighter or firefighters for outstanding service.
