SIMSBURY, CT — Some folks have more than just holiday shopping bills to pay in Simsbury — there's some tax bills to take care of as well.The Town of Simsbury Wednesday announced that supplemental motor vehicle tax bills were mailed out Dec. 21 and are due Jan. 1, 2023.The last day to pay without penalty, however, is Feb. 1, 2023.These bills cover the assessments of a vehicle newly registered after Oct. 1, 2021 through Sept. 30, 2022. Also, due Jan. 1, 2023 is the second installment of real estate and personal property taxes. Those bills were mailed out last June and copies are also online.
