State Roadway Shut Down In Simsbury Due To Tree

SIMSBURY, CT — A state roadway in Simsbury is closed due to a fallen tree Friday afternoon, according to the state Department of Transportation.

According to the DOT, Route 167 is closed between Sand Hill Road and Stratton Brook Road due to the tree issue.

The incident was first reported at 12:37 p.m. Friday and it was unknown when it would be cleared or reopened.
