Storyteller's Cottage to Host Fantastic Beasts Premiere Party
Celebrate all things magical at this immersive fan night.
Calling all adult Harry Potter fans! The Storyteller’s Cottage in Simsbury, CT will host a unique, adults-only premiere party to celebrate the release of "Fantastic Beasts: Crimes of Grindelwald" on Saturday, November 17 at 8:00 pm.
Celebrate all things magical at this immersive fan night. Each room in this vintage Victorian house will be transformed into a series of enchanting locations from the Harry Potter universe, not only from the Fantastic Beasts movies but from the original beloved Harry Potter series. Guests will be able to visit Queenie and Tina’s apartment, Ollivander’s Wand Shop, The Leaky Cauldron and more.
Guests will also enjoy a range of enchanting magical activities throughout the night, including wand making, potion creation, and a special scavenger hunt. There will be also be an exciting mixture of magical hors d’oeuvres for wizards and muggles alike. The night will end with Harry Potter trivia and bingo games, with the winner receiving a pack of free tickets for one of the upcoming signature vintage events. Guests are encouraged to dress up, whether in their 1920’s finery or in their Hogwarts robes/house colors. Feel free to bring a wand and/or magical pet, and prepare to enjoy a truly fantastic night.

Tickets are $40 a person, which includes admission to the event, themed hors d’oeuvres, soft drinks and games.

The Storyteller’s Cottage is located at 750 Hopmeadow Street in Simsbury, and features all manner of literary events and adventures, from author nights, to book-themed social hours, to challenging mystery room games.
