'Teen LGBTQ+ Night' Planned At Simsbury Library
The event on Thursday, May 2, will help teens of all identities build community and make friends.
SIMSBURY, CT — Teens of all identities are invited to a special event at the Simsbury Public Library that celebrates all.
The library is hosting" LGBTQ+ Teen Night" on Thursday, May 2, from 6 to 8 p.m. The library is located at 725 Hopmeadow St., Simsbury.
There, guests will be able to enjoy free pizza and snacks, games, arts and crafts, and more.

The goal of the event is for teens to "make friends and build community," wrote the library in an announcement.
It is being sponsored by the Simsbury Department of Community and Social Services' Youth Service Bureau, the Simsbury Public Library, and the Q Plus organization, which is an area nonprofit that helps LGTBQ+ young people.
