Thought For Today

Are you a keeper of To Do Lists? I am! My lists can be pretty long and full of the detail of daily living. Lately, I've added something new. It is my daily To Be List.

Yes, there are always daily tasks to be done, but first I ask myself How Do I Want To Be on this day... Today I choose To Be more mindful and more caring. Perhaps with eyes more open, I may notice more.

Maybe a word of encouragement will come for those I meet on this day. And just maybe... I can give some encouragement to myself as well.
