WINDSOR, CT., September 18, 2013 – Windsor-based Vantis Life Insurance Company today announced the promotions of two key employees – one responsible for the company’s investments and the other responsible for personnel.

Edmund V. Mahoney has been promoted to Senior Vice President Investments. In his four years with Vantis Life, Mahoney has been responsible for all investment activities and strategies within the company. He has over 25 years of investment experience including real estate investment and finance, cash management, foreign exchange risk management and investment compliance. Mahoney, who had been Vice President, is a resident of Simsbury, CT.

Gregory Roto has been promoted to Vice President Human Resources. Roto joined Vantis Life in 2004 after nearly 15 years of experience as a Human Resource officer in the Connecticut banking industry. In his nine years with Vantis Life Insurance Company, Roto has been responsible for the oversight and administration of all facets of human resources for the company. Prior to his promotion, Roto was Assistant Vice President. He is a resident of Eastford, CT.
