Update On The Martin Lawsuits And Your Tax Dollars Wasted
As my State lawsuit against the Town of Simsbury nears 2 years and my Federal lawsuit nears 1 year things are starting to heat up!

My name is Tim Martin. As you might know I have 2 lawsuits pending against the Town and its employees. One in state court which is coming up on 2 years and one in Federal court which is coming up on one year. They are both related to me building a 2800SQFT home on my 3 acre lot at the end of Lark Rd which is in a 1 acre zone. The lot has current septic approval and no wetlands according to the Official/Approved inland wetlands map for the Town. It is basically land the neighbors want as FREE park land but unfortunately you are paying for their FREE park! Despite what the Town attorney has told the Town these suits are obviously not frivolous or they would have been long since dismissed. It is a win-win for the Attorneys, they make a fortune no matter what the outcome. I have a pending Grievance against the Town Attorney Robert Decrescenzo with the State Bar for lying to the Town ZBA and the State court. We are moving forward with discovery in the Federal case where the Town's dirty laundry is starting to be revealed. In what we have received so far it seems the Town started investigations against me for anything and everything in an effort to discredit and strong arm me into dropping my lawsuits. That obviously didn't work and those responsible will be paying a high cost for their personal involvement in this vendetta against me. The legal bill for these suits is estimated to be approaching $400,000 and we are just getting started. We found in emails released that The Town planner Howard Beach and Michael Glidden at the request of Hiram Peck, all of which are defendants, were conducting surveillance on my property and keeping a log prior to me ever applying for a building permit even though I have no wetlands on my property according to the Town Official/Approved Inland Wetlands Map. Howard Beach went so far as to ask my abutting neighbors to test their property lines that boarder mine for wetlands in an effort to keep my property from being developed. One neighbor , Mary Perkins, agrees to do so at her own expense in order to stop me from building but then reminds Howard Beach that she is currently building a building 2/3 the size of my proposed home in the same alleged wetlands area that Howard Beach gave her administrative approval on. She asks Howard Beach if she tests for wetlands will it effect her approvals and they agree that testing would not be in eithers best interest. That is all for now I will keep you updated.
