“Spring’s yearly rejuvenation reveals the remnants of winter with litter and other debris along our roads and common areas,” said Rep. Hampton. “Litter Lugging Day is an opportunity to shrug off the winter doldrums, get outside to enjoy the warmer weather with family and friends, and clean-up our environment to help return our town to the natural beauty we’ve grown to love and cherish. I invite volunteers to sign up and participate in this community clean-up effort on April 27th.”

Volunteers who sign up can select a section of town to focus on litter removal and the beautification of Simsbury.
