LITERARY POWER LUNCH: A Midday Writing Workshop

Join local novelist Lisa Fiedler, author of the MOUSEHEART Trilogy, the AGES OF OZ Trilogy and many other books for children and young adults, for a casual and cooperative fiction workshop -- over lunch! During her twenty-five years as a professional writer, Lisa has had over 40 novels published by the most respected publishing houses in the industry—Scholastic, Simon & Schuster, Random House and more. She has also mentored aspiring authors of all ages, helping them to find and hone their authorial voices through thoughtful critique and detailed editing.

By employing a traditional ‘round table’ dynamic, this workshop will allow writers to benefit both from Lisa’s manuscript edits, as well as comments, impressions and suggestions gathered from fellow group members. If you prefer not to commit to the full six weeks, you may opt to join the class on a 'drop in' basis, paying $60 per 2-hour visit.

One-on-one intensive critiquing sessions are also available to workshop participants for an additional fee TBD based on the length of the work and the duration of the meeting.
